This is the Privacy Policy of Your Local Roofers Pty Ltd (ACN 653 057 955) (YLR).

YLR is committed to protecting your privacy while interacting with our content and services. YLR is committed to maintaining the security of all Personal Information provided to YLR, whether by individuals, entities, or corporations who engage us for business, or visitors to and users of our website or otherwise. We will endeavour to provide you with a secure and convenient service while at the same time allowing you to control your privacy and providing you an easily accessible avenue to voice any questions or concerns you may have.

To that end, we confirm that your information is handled in strict compliance with the Commonwealth Government’s Australian Privacy Principles as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). YLR may share your Personal Information with people within YLR who need to know that information for business or legal reasons, such a circumstance may arise, for example, where we are required to issue you with an invoice or a request for payment.

YLR may also disclose your Personal Information to our third parties, including the authorities, suppliers, contractors or financial or IT services engaged by YLR for the purposes of providing services requested by you. YLR will take reasonable steps to protect the Personal Information it holds about you from loss and unauthorised access, modification and exposure. YLR maintains strict standards of security generally to protect the disclosure of Personal Information, whether it be in hard copy or digital format.

Access and Correction

Complaints and Concerns
