• After you submit a contact form or call us directly
• we will have the ball rolling for our roof accessor to meet with you onsite – alternatively we can give you online estimates also.

*Online estimates can only count for certain roof repair projects.

• We will either call you to book in a time for our roof accessor and or the roof accessor will call you directly when they are in the area or schedule  in an appropriate time.

*After every roof assessment our expert will submit you with a quote Via e-mail and txt on the spot, with Photo evidence and a detailed quote on what the repair is.

• On acceptance of quote we will turn it into a work order and start the materials order process.
• Once we complete the roof repairs and or the restoration then you will have a 10 Year Warranty on workmanship to the existing roof leaks.
• We are the only roof repair company that services Sydney – Newcastle the Central Coast – Wollongong and the Sutherland Shire that will refund your quoted price amount if we are unsuccessful in detecting and rectifying the water ingress issue.
